What are the modes of delivery?
Local postage: 4 SGD
(Recommended for orders <50 SGD)
Tracked delivery: 6 SGD
(Recommended for orders at 50 SGD and above)
If you have made multiple orders within a short timeframe, you can select the option to combine delivery fees.
Do you provide worldwide shipping?
We do provide worldwide shipping as an option for selected items only. Do enquire with us if you would like to do so.
Can I do self-collection as an option?
Yes! You can select self pick-up at our studio:

How can I cancel my order?
In the unfortunate circumstances that you would like to cancel your order, kindly send us a message via Instagram or email and we will do our best to assist you. However, if your order is packed and sent out for delivery, we are not able to do a refund or cancellation. We seek your understanding on this matter.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Sorry! In the unfortunate circumstances that you received the wrong order, kindly send us a message via Instagram or email and we will do our best to assist you. We will do an exchange for the item, but will seek your help to return the faulty item to us via tracked delivery or to drop by the studio.
Do you offer exchanges for purchased items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer 1-to-1 exchanges for purchased items, unless it is a defected purchase or the item that you would like to purchase has not already been sold. You will have to pay for the delivery costs incurred in exchanging the item, at your convenience.
How do I return my product?
We do not accept returns for products, but do reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
